1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EcCool.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. User content

You retain rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant EcCool a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or contain malware, illegal material, or harmful code.

When you publish a game you must choose one of the six main Creative Commons licenses. That choice is shown on the game page.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or upload content that is illegal, exploitative, or deceptive. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Interactive content runs in your browser; use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcCool and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
